Take time to visit the local markets, where you can buy seasonal fruit and vegetables:
  • Fleurance - Tuesday
  • Valence-sur-Baise - Wednesday morning (quite small)
  • Condom - Wednesday
  • Eauze - Thursday (one of the largest and best!)
  • Auch (by the river) - Thursday
  • Vic-Fezensac - Friday morning
  • Nerac - Saturday  (a bit of drive but well worth it)
  • Auch (by the cathedral) - Saturday
  • Castera Verduzan - Sunday (quite small)

In July and August, you will find night-time markets in several areas, the closest one is in Vic-Fezensac, see the photos below.
